2. Purpose and Lawful Basis of Processing
We process your personal data based on your explicit consent given at the time of submission and for legitimate business communications you initiate:
- To respond to your technical, institutional, or commercial enquiry and schedule product demonstrations.
- To prepare project proposals, Centre of Excellence (CoE) lab scopes, or research collaboration documents requested by you.

No Website Database Storage of Form Enquiries: Enquiries submitted via our contact form are sent to our business email to info@mcadsolution.in and are not stored in a public web database.

Our robotics platforms and institutional services on mcadsolution.in are intended for adult professionals, researchers, and authorised institutional representatives (18 years and older). We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18 years of age without verifiable parent or lawful guardian consent.
